Return Window: We offer a strict 4-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Why 4 Days? As a first-party brand, we ensure every product is checked before shipping. This window allows us to process your requests faster than third-party platforms.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all VIONTÉ tags intact.

Refunds: Once the return is inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
