1Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasonal launches or high-volume drops, processing may take up to an additional 24 hours. Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification.
2Delivery Timelines by Category
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your delivery address. Major metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad) typically arrive within 3–5 days, while tier-2, tier-3, and remote regions may take up to 7 business days.
Deliveries for Paintings and Canvas Art require 10 to 15 days. Each artwork is individually prepared, framed, cured, and securely packed using custom multi-layer wooden framing, corner-guards, and shock-absorbent cushioning to guarantee pristine arrival.
3Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are transparently calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen items:
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary free shipping on orders above the qualifying cart value as specified dynamically on the website and cart drawer.
- Standard Orders: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard courier charge is displayed and applied at checkout.
- Fragile Artwork Courier Fee: Select large canvas art or framed paintings may include a specialized fragile shipping & insurance handling fee, which is explicitly shown on the product page and checkout breakdown.
4Live Tracking from Varanasi Facility
All VIONTÉ orders are designed, inspected, and dispatched directly from our Varanasi production facility.
As soon as your shipment is picked up by our courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC), a tracking ID with direct tracking links will be automatically sent to you via SMS and Email.
