No portion of the site, including designs, images, and text, may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, duplicated, copied, or sold without express written permission from VIONTÉ.

2Product Pricing, Descriptions & Modifications

Prices for all apparel, limited drops, paintings, and canvas art displayed on the store are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are subject to change without notice.

While we make every effort to display true-to-life colors and textures of garments and art pieces, actual screen calibrations may cause minor visual variations. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities per customer, or cancel orders at our sole discretion in cases where fraudulent activity, automated bot orders, payment anomalies, or address inaccuracies are suspected. In the event an order is canceled after payment capture, a full prompt refund is dispatched to the original payment source.

4Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of transactions on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
